I was trying to fix an HP Stream Notebook 13's (HP Stream Notebook - 13-c002tu) small HD size problem. The HD was showing a total size of 29 GB. I don't know if it was originally sold with this size of an HD - I find it highly unlikely. I tried to reset it using the HP reset via UEFI. I saw HP partitioning the drive so I assumed it would be fixed. After resetting, windows showed HD size was still the same. I took a look at the disk with Windows Disk Management, and there wasn't really any unpartitioned space. What should I do?

Unfortunately there's not much you can do about this as it does ship with a 32Gb eMMC - the specifications page is on the following link.

HP Stream is made specifically for browsing purposes only. The agent that sold you the laptop should have educated you about HP Stream Notebooks properly. As the name itself. It was made for surfing purposes only. So theres no need to FIX the computer. What you need is an upgrade. If you want to store more files or docs then get an sd card.
It is listed in the overview of the computer specification
Store it in the cloud
