Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Recently, I have installed new battery in my laptop but HP Support Assistant is saying 'Primary Battery: No Battery' but windows has detected.
I have attempted reset my battery by reinserting adaptor and battery. I have also tried removing residual power by pressing power button for a minute and uninstalling battery drivers but nothing works.
I have updated bios version F.53 and notebook pc ME firmware 2020.1.0629 Rev.A installed. Pls help me to resolve the issue.
