Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there. After Ive installed ALL windows latest updates for windows 10 all relating to Version 20H2 on the 4th November 2020 Ive now noticed that HP Support Assistant no longer works. Ive apparently uninstalled it, yet when I run the new installer for HP Support Assistant it claims there is a newer version already installed yet I cannot find anywhere this new version, cannot reinstall or uninstall. Any ideas please?. Phil

I have an HP Spectre 13t-ap0xx series ultrabook. It has Windows 10 version 20H2 installed and HP Support Assistant is installed and working.

Since you have only identified your notebook with a sort of partial identifier it is not easy to help you.

See the signature in my post for the windows keystroke that will allow you to easily find the product number.

It would be helpful to post it in your next reply to your thread.
