Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J7AV)

I have been trying to download and install the HP Support Assistant on my laptop but keep getting installation errors.

I have the HPSA version 9.22.14.0 installed and working on my two desktop computers.

Is there a version that should be installed on the HP 17.3 Laptop, this is a new laptop?

I did get the Legacy version installed but it wants me to do and update and when I do I get the same error message.
