Product: HP 15-g092sa Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

I have been notified that there is a new version of HP Support Assistant. I am using Microsoft Edge and when I try to download the new version I get the message "sp144692.exe isn’t commonly downloaded. Make sure you trust sp144692.exe before you open it." How do I resolve this issue?
