i need to contact a customer support agent from HP, via email or messenger. i have tried the "WhatsApp" app and its [Personal Information Removed]. when i scan the QR code i just get text and if i try pasting it into a browser ... Nothing.
i just have a simple warranty question (not Problem) i need answered.

i didnt realise it would be so difficult to get an answer to a simple question.
i tried as you suggested, and started a chat, only to be told i would have to start another chat from the Australian site... WHAT?? HP is a multi national company... (Disappointing to say the least)
so i go tot the link provided and it "Unavailable" or use the "Virtual Agent" which is useless...
i just need my warranty DATE question answered...
Surely it cant be this hard...
