I tried to utilize the HP support tool to obtain a new laptop charger as it is no longer working.
I spent about 1 hour with someone named "Raza" on customer support and they tried to use a program to connect to my laptop even though I have already gone through this process over the phone and my product is under warranty.
I still have 343 days left on my warranty and "Raza" the HP support chat refused to send me a laptop battery adapter.
I am very upset with Raza, HP support, and the HP warranty that clearly is not providing hardware or customer service that would regain my trust and loyalty as a customer.
