Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Elite Dragonfly notebook PC with the HP Sure View function. When I have this feature enabled I can't change the brightness levels (for me it's the f3 and f4 keys, with f2 I enable HP Sure View). Sometimes it works but I couldn't find any regularity or something that triggers it to work or not. I think I have the problem since I switched from version 21H1 to version 21H2 but I'm not sure because I rarely used the function before. I have tried the HP Sure View app but it says that my PC does not support this app. All drivers are up to date and I do regular updates.

Thanks for any help attemptsHPSV.jpg

When I have HP SureView activated the Brightness automaticaly adjust's although I turned that feature of in the Windows settings. When I deactivate the Sensor Monitoring Service the brightness dosn't adjust it's self but the problem that I sometimes can't change the brightness level is still there.
