HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4

I have a problem with my HP Thunderbolt Dock.

Fedora OS recommended me to upgrade firmware for my Thudnerbolt Dock and I accepted it.

I get away from PC and when I back it looks like something went wrong when upgrading.

I cannot see this Dock and it looks like it can't boot. I mean after that I closed OS unplug it from power and unpluged all connected cables. Then I connected power cord and dock is trying to boot (I think it is trying but can't). After a plug power cord I hear something like fan for a while and then white LED is blinking. Device then shut down after a while and process repeats. I hear fan and then white LED blinking.....and then at third time it stops at blinking white LED on button.

I read in manual and another article that device has fail safe feature but I cannot make it according to that instruction. I unplugged all powered off it for a while and after plug in to power it repeats as described above.

Please help me fix my device it is quite expensive for me and I have not any problems with it so far.
