Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4

I have two problems: 

First, my 100W LapTop complains while charging via the dock (HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4 😞

Second, my dock has fan noise every roughly half a minute for 4 seconds. 
What can I do?
