HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1075nr

Purchased HP Tilt Pen to use with my new HP Spectre x360 15-df1075nr. Following instructions included with the pen I correctly opened the access to the USB Type-C connector. Using a USB C cable I connect the pen to the USB Type-C port (NOT the Thunderbolt port) on the the laptop. Instructions state that a

I tried once  more to charge the pen. I used a little extra pressure with the usb-c connector and it begin to charge. Once the pen charged the pen worked as expected. Thank you for your fast response.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried connecting the HP pen using Bluetooth?
  • Have you charged your HP pen? 1hr is the minimum charged required
