Hi @dsanmigu15,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Tilt Pen is not charging properly, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the Connection:
- Ensure that the pen is properly connected to the charging cable and that the cable is securely plugged into a power source.
- Make sure the USB end of the charging cable is plugged into a functional USB port or an appropriate power adapter.
Inspect the Charging Cable:
- Examine the charging cable for any signs of damage. If the cable is frayed or damaged, it may not be delivering power effectively. Consider trying a different USB cable if possible.
Verify Charging Port:
- Check the charging port on the pen for any debris or damage. Clean it carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth if necessary.
Restart the Pen:
- Disconnect the pen from the charging cable and power it off. Then, power it back on and reconnect it to the charging cable.
Reset the Pen:
- Some pens have a reset button that can be pressed using a paperclip or a similar tool. Refer to your pen's manual to see if it has a reset option, and follow the instructions to reset it.
Update Firmware/Drivers:
- Check if there are any firmware or driver updates available for your HP Tilt Pen. Updating the pen's software may resolve charging issues.
Try a Different USB Port or Charger:
- Test the pen with a different USB port or charger to eliminate the possibility of a faulty power source.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
