HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0018nf
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0018nf and I buyed this pen recently: HP Dark Ash Silver Tilt Pen 2MY21AA#ABB, and it worked until one day the tip end stoped working. As I turned it around I found that the other end (with the eraser) still worked...

I did several things and one day it worked again and I don't even know what I did but now I have the same problem and I'm very disapointed with my purchase and it's quite frustating.

I must have messed up when I was purchasing it because it is not liked with my account and on top of it I can't find the serial number so I can't return it (or I didn't found how to).

So do you know how I can have a refound or how to solve this problem please ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Dark Ash Silver Tilt Pen stopped working. You can try updating the HP Tilt Pen Driver from HP.COM and check if it works.

If issue persist then I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for refund or warranty service options.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6) Fill the web form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
