HP Notebook - 14-cf0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My webcamera (built in HP TrueVision) is blurry no matter what application I use to open it: Zoom, YouCam, Camera App, etc.

I've installed an updated BIOS, uninstalled and reinstalled the camera driver via device manager, updated Windows, and cleaned the camera lens. The image quality is absolutely horrible - none of these solutions have fixed the image quality.

Help?? Trying to work remotely the and image quality is impacting my ability to communicate with my teams.

@JMB210 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the HP TrueVision Camera is Blurry.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

As you have stated that you have already performed the troubleshooting steps.

I would suggest you perform the system reset and check for the issue.
