Hello, can anyone help me? Why doesn't the WebCam or my laptop's built-in camera want to connect to my laptop? I've done a lot of the things that were suggested.
Some of the things I do are.
- Recovery my laptop
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver (Actually when I uninstalled the driver in "Device Manager" WebCam didn't want to appear in "Device Manager" anymore so I did a recovery my laptop)
- Updating the driver (It's kind of stupid to do something like that. Because the WebCam can't connect and of course have to reconnect the device. But unfortunately, this device is an internal device. So I have to disassemble my laptop, but I am not very good at it.)
- Solve the problem with the "troubleshooting" feature (When I use "troubleshooting", I only find a very minor problem and it says there is no problem with my WebCam. There are no other instructions. I was just told to ask "Microsoft Community" or leave, just that)
I've done it all, but the problem is still not resolved.
Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.
Please answer my question. Because Google Meet is not working because of that problem.
And sorry for my bad English.
