Product: HP Probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi Everyone,
I have a USB C G4 Docking station for my HPO Probook, and it was working fine until last week, when the charging of my laptop did not happen.
I did the firmware update and a driver uptade and now not even the monitors are recognised.
Any suggestions outside returning it for a new one?
Kind regards,

Docking station is defective. Have came across lots of HP USB C Universal Docking Stations that have been defective. I tried a different AC adapter but did not help. Also power cycled and still no difference.
