Product: HP USB-C Dock G5

Hello,

 

My HP dock has suddenly stopped working. I have no HDMI/Display port access via the dock. 

 

The charge function and all other outputs work. 

 

I have updated windows and the firmware on the dock. Also updated the latest Bios and Graphics but still doesn't work. 

 

Has anyone got any idea on how to fix this? 

 

when plugged into the HDMI port on the laptop the monitor works so there is no issue with the monitor or the cable.
