I have HP USB-C Dock G5 for business that won't charge or display when connected to a fully loaded HP ZBook Fury 16 G11. Both the laptop and docking station have the latest updates. Is the laptop not receiving enough power or the docking station is faulty?

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_10384629-10384675-16
Depending on the Discrete graphics, your machine requires one of the following AC adapters
- HP Slim Smart 150 W External Right Angle AC power adapter
- HP Slim Smart 200 W External Right Angle AC power adapter
- HP Slim Smart 230 W External Right Angle AC power adapter
The USB-C G5 dock only supports 90W or 100W
As you can see, it is NOT compatible with your machine.
Regards.
