Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have an HP G5 USB-C dock that the power button flashes with no devices plugged into it. Connecting devices (Monitors, keyboard/mouse dongle) and connecting to laptop does not change anything, light still flashes. Monitors do not respond. Using the correct 120w power supply as came with the dock. Verified AC power light is on. Was working fine until it was disconnected to move to different location.

UPDATE: After further troubleshooting, it appears it has a defective USB-C cable. I was able to replace it with a known good cable and the dock functioned normally. Sadly, this dock is only 2 years old and is already defective; and the warranty is only 1 year.
