I have a brand new USB-C G5 ESSENTIAL Dock and i am trying to connect it to my OMEN Laptop 15.
I have 2 Monitors pluged into the dock a "HP 22fw" to the HDMI port and a "LG " to the display port.
My system does not recognise the extra monitors when i search for them and the identity setting replicates the same image on all 3 monitors (the LG the HP and the local laptop monitor)
I have tried updating all the monitor drivers and the dock drivers. I have also updated the latest windows drivers with no success. Can anyone please solve my problem. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with your HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock. Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? This will help me better understand the problem and provide you with the appropriate assistance.
Some common problems that users have reported with the HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock include connectivity issues, display issues, audio problems, and power issues. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try.
- Ensure that the dock is properly connected to your computer and that all cables are securely plugged in.
- Make sure that your computer's USB-C port is functioning properly. You can try connecting another device to the port to check if it works.
- Check if there are any updates available for the dock's firmware or drivers, and install them if necessary.
- Try connecting the dock to another computer to see if the problem persists.
- If the problem is related to display or audio, check your computer's display and audio settings to make sure that they are configured correctly.
I hope this helps.
