HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock power button LED always on after connecting usb-c cable to hp laptop

HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock power button LED is  always on after connecting usbc cable to hp laptop ( hp elitebook 845 g8 ), the problem is on every HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock and every laptop we have /100 laptops/.

So even if the laptop is switched off, after connect the dock, the dock LED is on, this was not happening on previous hp docks - e.g. HP USB-C Dock G5, hp thunderbolt dock g2, hp thunderbolt dock g4

We have the same issue Elitebook 840 G8. Led is always on (laptop off or in sleep). There is another problem I observed, some of monitors won't go sleep.

Old G5 dock station works well (without Essential print on bottom).

Laptop/ dock updated to latest firmware 

Laptop: BIOS Version/Date HP T37 Ver. 01.11.00, 2022-10-13

G5 BIOS:  01.00.05.00

Same issue with even with the latest Firmware of USB-C Essential Dock and latest HP 840 G7 firmware.

LED is always on: I would expect that the LED is blinking in standby

I have open a ticket for support but HP claims it's not a bug but the future LOL....

I Recommend all to open ticket do HP support, maybe they move their ass and do something.

I just discover that this docking station goes crazy from time to time when PC go to sleep, after wake up 

LAN adapter is gone, and Intel (r) USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller  has a warning sign with exclamation mark.

Latest bios/dock station firmware/ thunderbolt.
