Hi guy i have an HP ProBook 640 G5 with one usb c port on the side, im having a recurring problem with the usb power delivery function on the usb c port, in order for me to use the usb c port to charge my laptop I have to power off the machine, then press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, then the usb c port can charge the laptop, however, if the cable comes out and I put it back in again it will no longer be able to charge the laptop and i have to repeat the steps above to get it working again, this issue is not limited to my Laptop, i have seen countless reports of this issue on older and newer Machines, even on a brand new $1200 (R20,OOO) Hp Laptop machine i ordered for my client is suffering from the same thing, and i can confidently say Bios update is need to resolve this...HP can you please look into this and give us a permanent solution, this problem has been reported for years now...please do something. thank you
