HP Pavilion Gaming - 17-cd0013ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two laptops! In every laptop I use onboard (on laptop) HDMI to connect external monitor! I get 1 = Laptop monitor and 1 = external monitor using onboard HDMI. But I want to add one more HDMI or VGA monitor.

If I Shall use this below, Will I have 3 monitors (1 laptop display, 1 onboard Hdmi monitor, 1 hub hdmi monitor)?

Yes. Your USB-C port on both laptops puts out its own Displayport signal. The hub you ask about has DisplayLink. It does video over a USB data connection. Its OK but you could also use a USB-C to DP adapter connection and connect to a Displayport rather then HDMI for the external monitor and the video would have higher performance. If you do not game or do CAD type work you would not likely notice a difference.

The 850 G8 has Thunderbolt ports which allow even better docks which would definitely let you hook up multiple monitors through the USB-C port and you could have just one cable going out.
