Common problems for Battery

Good afternoon,

I had a mishap—the screen on my laptop broke.

I checked, and it was still under warranty. I tried to contact HP via chat, but it said they were closed. I tried calling, but they said the number for my region is out of service...

How can I file a warranty claim? Will any authorized service center perform the repair at no cost?

How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

Unless you obtained accidental damage I suspect the repair will not be free and may cost more than buying a used model.  Some laptops are easier to repair than others and frequently the owner can do it.
