I just want to ask if I can upgrade my HP VICTUS 15 FA1323TX ram and ssd even though it is still under warranty? Plus I also want to know what is the recommended or compatible SSD and RAM(2x16=32GB) for my laptop?

Chapter 5 of the service manual indicates that installing SSD's or memory is a customer-authorized procedure, so off the record, I would assume that you will not void the warranty unless you break something in the process of doing the upgrades.
