Hi, I tried to follow the instruction on this video link created by HP in order to calibrate the battery of my laptop:
After I tried the draining battery part with "Memory test", I pause and sleep for about 8 hours. Upon plugging-in the charger the next day, I wait about 30mins and turned on the laptop. I notice that the battery is " 1% charging" and is not changing to higher value. I tried to restart it but still the same. Turning on the laptop while unplugged won't work. Please help.

Hi @Mwaaark
You should test the battery, if it is damaged it will give a fault ID. When you turn on the laptop, press the F2 key several times, run the test and see the result.

I have tried to execute the test with the charger connected and it shows no issue or problem. My battery is still in 1% but the LED indicator light is showing white color (full charge). When I try to unplug the charger while laptop is turned on, it will immediately turn off.
Also, I tried to diagnose the battery with HP Support Assistant Desktop App and shows that it has issue on the battery i think.

Of course, it has a fault ID the battery is damaged, this is the reason for not charging.
