My camera is not working after upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I made clean installation of Windows. There is no camera section in Device manager. I contacted with Windows support agent but he could not help me. How can i download or install driver for my built-in Webcam. There is no any camera drivers in official product page. Resetting Windows can't help. How to fix it?
Please help me.

Hi @Bunyod2002,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're having trouble with the built-in webcam on your HP Victus 15 after upgrading to Windows 11. Since there's no dedicated camera section in Device Manager and you've already tried resetting Windows without success, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, Windows Update can automatically install drivers for your hardware. Make sure your system is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking "Check for updates."
- Update Drivers Manually: Even if there's no dedicated driver section on the official product page, you might still be able to find drivers for your webcam. Go to the HP website, enter your laptop's model number, and look for driver downloads. Even if there isn't a specific driver for the camera, there might be other drivers related to the system that could indirectly help.
- Check BIOS Settings: In some cases, the webcam might be disabled in the BIOS settings. Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS settings (usually by pressing F2 or Del during startup). Look for any settings related to the webcam and make sure it's enabled.
- Check for Physical Switches or Buttons: Some laptops have physical switches or buttons to enable/disable the webcam. Make sure yours isn't accidentally turned off.
If none of these solutions work, it's possible there may be a hardware issue with the webcam itself.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
