Laptop detecting an Original Charger (straight from the factory) as "low power source" and said "Use of original adaptor is recommended". I have restarted my laptop a lot of times, no frayed or open cables (there was one but now it's fixed). Power outlet is working. Charging ports and charging jacks all good, no bents.
Laptop driver's all up to date, battery health still good, BIOS/UEFI all up to date, checked with another port and it still doesn't work. Used another hp charger with lower wattage and it worked fine until I boot it up and the system detecting a low power source (yes, I know that would happen). Have tried the 10 second reset of adaptor and still doesn't work.
Can someone help me?

I understand you are having trouble with the HP Victus 15 charger (150W), low power source detected, Sorry to hear about the issue. Please try the steps shared below and let me know if this helps.
Step 1: Power reset a notebook with a non-removable battery
Perform a power reset (or hard reset) of your notebook to clear information from the computer memory without erasing personal data.
1. Turn off the computer.
2. Disconnect the AC adapter.
3. Remove any discs from the disc drive.
4. Remove memory cards from the card reader slot.
5. Disconnect all nonessential peripheral devices, such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, and USB flash drives.
6. With the AC adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds.
7. Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer.
Step 2: BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK
