Hello HP Team,

I own an HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0031dx (Product: 68U87UA, Serial: [edited]).
The laptop completely failed (does not power on) **immediately after the warranty expired**.

A repair expert has confirmed the **motherboard has failed**. After researching online, I found **many other Victus 15-fa0031dx users reporting the same motherboard issue**, which suggests this may be a **widespread product defect**.

I kindly request HP to escalate this case for a **Warranty Exception / Goodwill Repair (Quality Out-of-Warranty Exception)**.

i have alll proof if needed i bough it from local dealer

This failure happened with normal use, no damage. Since multiple customers are facing the same issue, I believe HP should take responsibility and cover this repair.

Please guide me on how to escalate this request to the regional team for approval.
