Hello there, I'm trying to figure out how many SATA or M2 ports does my motherboard have, but I can't find info anywhere.

I need this info in order to plan how would I upgrade the storage on my laptop. Motherboard is HP 8A4F (U3E1).

Thank you in advance

Hi:

Your notebook only has support for one M.2 NVMe SSD.

If you need more storage, you will need to replace the existing NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

Chapter 5, page 33 of the service manual has an illustration of the location of the M.2 SSD slot.
