Hi everyone,

I am having a persistent issue with the TPM 2.0 on my HP Victus 15.
The TPM status is completely stuck in "The module maintenance task is still running" instead of switching to "Ready for use".

Because of this, Windows 11 security features and specific game anti-cheats (like Vanguard/Ricochet) are blocking me.

What I have already tried:

  • Cleared and reset the TPM from Windows (tpm.msc)

  • Cleared the TPM directly from the BIOS

  • My BIOS is already updated to the latest available version (F.26).

Despite all of this, the status refuses to change and remains stuck in maintenance.

If anyone has encountered this specific bug on this laptop or if HP support has a specific firmware fix/tool to force-reset the TPM provisioning, please let me know.

Attached here also an image as evidence (which is in italian, my language)

Many thanks!

@Frankino  Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you haven’t received any updates about the BIOS release yet. Please note that the team is actively working on it, and a new BIOS update will be released soon. We will keep you informed.
