Is anyone no what is this laptop Motherboard, or at lease What is the best RAM for upgrade? Help me please... Thanks

I recommend Crucial memory:

 

HP - Compaq HP Victus 16-r0000 | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

 

Chapter 1 of the HP service manual indicates that the notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of memory, but the Crucial memory report is almost always right.
