HP Victus 9J243EA Doesnt Have any Driver

Hello everybody,

I just bought Victus Gaming Laptop 16-r1041nt (9J243EA) and I installad Windows 11 (24H2) with USB drive. I created Windows 11 USB drive directly from Windows 11 Installation Media tool.

I installed it perceftly. However... after installitation it asked Wireless driver. And I skipped it with CMD command (I found it online from a website). Than, I tried to install drivers. I downloaded them from another computer. But I could not install them. I run (as administrator) to any .exe file or .bat file, nothing happened.

What should I do?

By the way I tried to install RAID driver but I coulnd find it (I mean, I tried this solution for driver issue: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Win-10-install-not-recognizing-... )

Hi:

The reason the Intel storage controller driver didn't work for you is because that is only supported for the Intel 11th > 13th generation core processors, and your notebook has an Intel 14th gen core processor.

Which leads me to this question...how did you get W11 to install on your notebook?

Which storage controller driver or other driver did you use in order for Windows to find the drive?

Regarding the Wi-Fi driver:

The parts list for your notebook indicates it comes with a Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi 6 adapter.

HP PartSurfer

These would be the latest W11 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers you need for that model Wi-Fi adapter:

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers

Version 6001.15.155.1

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

Version 18.4017.2405.2403

sp155460.exe

Try manually installing the Wi-Fi driver if the auto install method doesn't work.

thanks you for your reply. installing correct wireless driver solved my problem. but i didnt understand that i installed drivers from driver page, but it didnt work.
