I own an HP Victus 16 and experienced a display hinge failure caused by design - a well known manufacturing defect in this forum.

The damage occurred during normal use, without any drop, impact, or external force. The hinge broke out of the chassis and damaged the display. It keeps damaging it more currently.

After researching this issue, I found many identical cases reported online (HP Community, Reddit, repair videos), all failing at the same hinge location, which strongly indicates a systemic design flaw rather than user damage.

I am requesting a solution - acknowledging this as a known issue. What is the next step to get this fixed asap?

Thank you.
