My Escape key broke off a while ago due to a heavy press on the right side of it, and my left control key is falling off due to heavy use. My trackpad also came faulty from the factory. I am posting this here because the phone number is out of hours and so is the in person service center. I happened to check my warranty online tonight, and it is expiring tomorrow even though I purchased this in August of 2025. If needed, I can send an HP employee my digital receipt and serial number, as I do not want to post that publicly. This post is to serve as more of a timestamp and way to reach out to a HP employee. If any HP employee sees this, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You can dispute your warranty with proof of purchase here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16
If there is no Warranty Dispute Page for your region, you may need to reach out directly to HP support to correct this. Open this link- https://support.hp.com/us-en/ then select your region from the bottom and choose contact hp agent directly. Depending on your region it may or may not be harder to contact. Look for online chat or call. (Don't purchase anything of shown there)
Also, Contact them using link I provided in 2nd para for full issue warrenty correction, then warrenty process, including documents required and nearest hp service center, etc
