HP Victus opening in the bezel near hinge area.

Hey, I bought a HP Victus a little over a year ago(hence warranty just got over) and there is a small opening in the frame close to the hinge area.

Is it a frame(bezel) problem or is the hinge broken(my previous laptop had a similar issue and the hinge was broken, that was HP too).

Other then the opening, there is no problem. I can open and close the laptop normally, and there is no noticeable change in force required to open the laptop.

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your Victus By HP 16.1 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-E0000 (457S2AV)

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
