Hello, I purchased my Envy 17T new from Amazon.com LLC but the warranty said it was expired. I have filed for the warranty dispute showing my receipt in .pdf and ,jpg but have not received a response in over 3 business days (form says response in 1 business day).
Is there anyone else I can talk to to resolve this and would like to get the ball rolling because I have 30 days to return the laptop but I would prefer to keep it if possible.

I have asked the moderators to escalate your concern. It often takes a couple of days to get the warranties updated. As long as this was purchased as new from an authorized reseller then your warranty will start from date of purchase. If you checked online for warranty it is possible if the unit sat unsold for an extended period of time, the default warranty could expire but once you register your sale with proof of purchase it will be corrected.

Hi@IndexAI, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Warranty dispute I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
