Hi Guys, My laptop has this issue of an integrated camera driver problem. During the BIOS system test the camera passes the test. But while in windows the camera doesn't seem to work.

Solutions that I checked that didn't work:

1. Windows Update

2. Windows reinstall

3. Troubleshooting

4. Trying to update driver in device manager

5. Uninstalling and reinstalling camera driver in device manager.

6. Factory reset

System Information:

OS : Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language Version 2004

Camera : HP Wide Vision Camera

Model : HP Pavilion x360 14-ba073tx

RAM, ROM : 8 GB and 1 TB
