I just purchased an HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300 (P/N: 3ML04AA). This is a USB keyboard/mouse combination. The Cntrl-Alt-Delete combination does not work for my company's login screen, I have to use the keyboard on the Dell XPS17 9730 laptop with Windows 11.
This is the first time I have had a keyboard not respond to Cntrl-Alt-Delete, and the HP online support offers no support for this product. I hate scrapping this keyboard, as it was expensive, by keyboard standards, and I thought an HP keyboard and mouse would be better than the Logi system I was using before, which had a failing mouse.
Suggestions?
Thank you!

I suggest using the Ctrl+Alt+Del combination on the laptop's own keyboard.

<ROFL!> Yeah, that works, but kinda minimizes the reason for spending $50 on an “HP” keyboard. Shudda gotten the $5000 Trump endorsed keyboard, I guess….. Clearly, I got an “HP branded” keyboard and paid a premium for the label. Greater fool I. Maybe I can return it and get a replacement that works.

If the Ctrl+Alt=+Del doesn't work on the keyboard, it has issues.
I would return it.
