Unable to find any assistance for accessory support on the HP.com website for an order placed in February, the "Get Order Help" appears and disappears.  The Dongle has separated from the metal outer piece and the inner plastic piece, it requires needle nose pliers to remove.  With the metal piece stuck in the USB port I cannot use my USB port for any other devices.  This unit requires a replacement but SUPPORT for accessories on the HP site seem to be nonexistent.  Help HP, you can do better
