The pen isn't working on my HP Chromebook x360 14 inch 14c-cc0000 and I don't even know if its charged. How do I get it to work?

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Wireless Rechargeable USI Pen not working correctly.  

I have a few recommendations 

• Check with new Lithium-ion batteries if it works. 
• Try with an alternate Chromebook and check if it works.
