I have created USB bootable WIN11.
My previous version of Windows is Windows 10, which is corrupted and not updating anymore. During restart and booting from USB, i receive :- efi\boot\bootx64.efi' 14 (file not found)
I tried different USB drivers, USB sticks, different versions of Win, different booting preparation softwares
Nothing works so far
Any advice would be very much appreciate it.

What you are asking is not quite clear. Is it your intent to install Windows 11 in your laptop or in the USB flash drive?
I suggest using RUFUS to create a Windows installer or bootable USB flashdrive.
Make sure that you select the create GPT volume while making the installer.
There are tutorials on YouTube that will explain how to get it done.
