HP ZBook 15u G5 Windows 10 Enterprise
earlier this week the laptop stopped charging through the USB dock. I use 2 different docks, an HP USB-C dock and a different brand (not in front of me right now). Both worked fine up till this Wednesday (maybe a Windows update on Tuesday caused it?). Now neither dock works for charging. Both work for monitors, mouse, ethernet etc, but won't charge the laptop.
I can use the laptop charger to keep it running, but it's less convenient to have to carry that between sites and plug that in rather than just attaching the USB C at each site and getting instantly up and running.
Any help appreciated.

Hi. Many thanks for your help. Not all options were available to me as it's a locked down business device, but I tried the hard reset trick in the video. It didn't appear to work.
However, I've left the computer plugged in with the charger over the weekend, on but mostly not being used. I believe that there was also another update at some point last week. So - it's now working again, charging via USB. I'd love to be able to confirm what fixed it, but I can't. I'm going to accept your solution though I can't be certain whether trying those solutions is what made the difference.
Thanks again
