I have a HP mouse.

HP Z3700 Black 2.4GHz USB Slim Wireless Mouse with Blue LED 1200 dpi Optical Sensor, Up to 16 Months Battery Life

The battery only lasts two days. The blue light on the bottom never stops flashing.

I have another mouse exactly the same which I've been very pleased with, (which is why I bought this one for my other computer).

The S/N isn't recognised by the HP website so I can't make contact with HP. I've checked and re-checked the S/N.
