Product: HP Z4000 Wireless Mouse

i have lost the USB receiver of HP Z4000 wireless mouse. Do you have any solution for getting a new USB reciever?

And I cant contact the hp support to order new reciever as everytime I write my Serial number they say that it is wrong

product number: H5N61AA

I am in Egypt so if there any place I could get this reciever from

It does support  HP Link-5 technology therefore you can buy an HP Link-5 dongle/receiver to use with your existing mouse. The flowing Guide shows you how to re-connect
