Product: HP ZBook 15u G6 Mobile Workstation
I just purchased an HP ZBook 15u G6 and the Integrated Intel I219-LM Gigabit Network Connection (vPro configurations) or
Integrated Intel I219-V Gigabit Network Connection (non-vPro configurations) NIC does not appear in Windows 10 Device Manager.
Does anyone have any ideas?
How do I know if this specific computer was equipped with it from the factory?
It does have an RJ45 Port but the lights do not light up when a cable is attached.

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? Your machine should have 1 of the following 2 options
- Intel Ethernet Connection I219-LM 10/100/1000 (vPro)
- Intel Ethernet Connection I219-V 10/100/1000 (non-vPro)
Please download and install https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp104001-104500/sp104313.exe to see how we go
Hope this helps.
Regards
