Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I have recently got a HP ZBook 17 G6. Unfortunately Im unable to open the 'Service Door' to upgrade the SSD drive.

I don't have a security screw locking the sliding tab button (that is slide to the right to release the base) . I have viewed a number of videos that show the bottom case sliding off with easy. Has anyone experienced the same issue while updating their laptop?
