Hello all, 

I recently purchased , HP ZBook Firefly 14 G7, I realized backlit keyboard not supported 😞 and after unboxing it,

now is it possible to replace with backlit keyboard?

I already found backlit keyboard part number online - M07131-001 supported for the same model

just want to know please if this is possible to install for my device , and how to buy it from online ?

Note: it is Middle east release.

Hi All, 

Am I posting my hardware question in the wrong forum?

I remember I have asked the same question 6 months ago no response,

and this time also not getting any update, I opened a case before as my hardware already under warranty it's strightaway closed bcz of incorrect region ! 

the customer service number is having IVR msg issue and it is not working !

seems to be very difficult to get a simple answer from HP team

 

hope this time will not be the same
