Do I have a problem with my current docking station, or do I have the wrong docking station? I am trying to find a docking station that is compatible with my work laptop for my home office set up. I bought an A&E34AA#ABA (I thought that was the right one) but my monitors and sound are not working after the laptop went to sleep over the weekend. It was working on Friday, but not now. I have disconnected the laptop from the dock and reconnected, the monitors are still not recognized as being there. I have disconnected the monitors and reconnected them, no change.

It's a work laptop. I've had it 4 years. I don't see any additional identifying information on the outside. How would I find the information you are talking about? It appears to be a ZBook 15 G2.
