I have a Zbook 15 G3. Not running Windows 11, but the BIOS is very advanced on these. You need to set Thunderbolt security to allow the Thunderbolt dock's external devices to work. I assume you have the Zbook Thunderbolt dock, as I do. Do you have the Thunderbolt Control Center app? Should work on Windows 10 or 11.

I can't find HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 dock on the following document
https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04168358
Are they compatible ? Please try the following fix

Hello!
Thank you for your reply.
I have HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock. When i try to install app i cant find it for windows 11. When i try to install with win 10 version, i get to this point. My dock is attached to my lap top and powe button works. But thats basically it.
Thanks!

Those are all drivers for the devices in the dock and then firmware for the dock itself. But they will not install without the dock connected to the laptop and visible to it so its a bit of a Catch-22. You need to go into the BIOS and check under the security tab. There is a Thunderbolt security section and if I recall (I have this model and had to make adjustments in the BIOS to get my Tbolt dock recognized) you turn off all security for Thunderbolt or possibly do "user selected".
